Experience Modification Rating Analysis
In workers' compensation insurance, the experience modification rating is one of the critical components of the premium calculation. It is also often misunderstood and although the majority of calculations are correct, errors can occur, usually not in the employer's favor.
Daniel and Henry offers a "premier service" for qualifying accounts. We help you reduce and control your workers' compensation costs through our in-house expertise review of your experience modification rating for accurate reporting.
Some of the services we offer are:
- Review for proper claim reserving by the insurance carrier and negotiate the closing of inactive claims prior to being reported to the statstical rating bureau for calculation of your experience rating.
- Annual review of your experience modification rating worksheet for correct payroll by classification.
- "Open" claims from prior carriers are continually monitored that may still be impacting your current experience modification rating.
